Interesting... As per the developer:However, the original modules/positions and colors/fonts etc. are not automatically preserved some some work is necessary to make the appearance look good again.
Note:I have been working on converting joomla4's default template cassiopeia to protostar for a few days. It is ready now. For those who want to use protostar on J4 this is Protostar for Joomla 4 it has all the same module positions with protostar (and some more), nearly same styles colors etc.
In these circumstances, it is better to share the existing site (in Joomla 3) as well as the upgraded site (in Joomla 4).
